Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

Shipping Options

We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping for eligible destinations.

Shipping fees are calculated per order and may vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, package weight, order value, and carrier availability. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over €600, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or carrier delays, processing may take longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination.

Standard Shipping: estimated delivery time may vary by country and carrier.
Express Shipping: faster delivery option, subject to carrier availability.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, local holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local import procedures, or failure to pay applicable duties or taxes.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

If an order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee any address changes.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Returned Packages

If your package is delayed, please contact us and we will assist with the carrier investigation where possible.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the parcel, or customs/tax issues, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, unsealed, damaged-after-delivery, or customer-handled products, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed goods that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned.

If you wish to request a return for an unopened and unused item in its original sealed condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return requests are reviewed case by case and must be approved before any item is sent back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an item damaged during delivery.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and a brief description of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Please note that payment providers and banks may require additional time to complete the refund.

Original shipping fees, express shipping surcharges, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by our error.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel the order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
