Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day. For products marked as in stock, same-day dispatch may be available for orders placed before 13:00 CET.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at info@loxoderma.com. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that once an order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the buyer.
